The following policies, terms, and conditions are effective immediately and are subject to change without notice. Buyers/Users of products manufactured/sold by RCautoworks agree to the following:
Payment Methods
Major Credit Cards, Pay Pal, and Money Orders are accepted forms of payment. Personal and Company Checks are accepted with prior approval.
Returned Checks
Any customer checks returned to RCautoworks for insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 processing charge. Any customer that pays with an invalid check will be refused further shipments and service until any outstanding fees or charges have been cleared. Any customer who submits an invalid check may be subject to cancellation of their purchasing status and/or revocation of their payment terms.
Return Policy
Only unused, intact, undamaged merchandise, with all components and hardware as originally provided to customer, will be authorized for return. All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance by RCautoworks. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs of refused returns. All items must be returned in original shipping packaging. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization form RCautoworks. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original shipping date from RCautoworks. Rcautoworks will refund shipping costs to customers making an authorized and accepted return up to the amount of the original shipping costs. All authorized and accepted returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge-NO EXCEPTIONS! All custom manufactured products (i.e. Turbo Manifolds, Downpipes) are NON REFUNDABLE-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Installation of Products
RCautoworks recommends that installation of parts be performed by trained professionals. Improperly installed products may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions. RCautoworks is not responsible for improperly installed products.
Off-Road Use Only
All automotive equipment and components for sale by RCautoworks have been designed and are expressly intended for Off-Highway application only. Federal and/or State laws may prohibit the removal/modification of, or rendering inoperable any device or element of design or performance affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to fines or penalties. Vehicles modified by use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways.
Warranties
Please review product description or contact RCautoworks for specific warranty information on all custom fabricated parts. If merchandise is deemed defective by RCautoworks, the merchandise will be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of RCautoworks. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of defective products back to RCautoworks. All items must be returned in original shipping packaging. RCautoworks will be responsible for shipping costs of repaired or replaced products back to the customer up to the amount of the original shipping.
